- Finalise Details: Once you are satisfied with the design proposal, we will create a private order listing on our website, allowing you to secure your bespoke commission with ease.
- Artisan Production: Production commences the moment your order is placed. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed with regular updates so you can follow the journey of your piece as it takes shape.
- Delivery: Upon completion, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched. We will notify you immediately with your tracking details, ensuring your custom piece arrives safely at your door.
